This segment kind of saddens me b/c it's clear that Michelle was trying to get Vernell's attention (in the beauty salon) as Vernell was directing all of her conversation towards Beyonce' & Kelly. That was understandable considering the fact that Vernell has a past w/ Beyonce' & Kelly. However, it just seemed somewhat rude to exclude Michelle from the conversation. I know that Michelle understands that, but, at the same time, no tv cameras followed Michelle to Rockford, IL to speak to her peeps.

it's amazing to me that tina knowles owned her own salon and she sold it (to Abel). her cosmetologist(hairstylist) license isnt even vaild anymore. Its expired. I am a cosmetologist in Texas and I dont care how much fame my child gets, I'll never sell what's mine and give up what I worked hard for.

Thats why we all have our own roads. I am a stylist and if I seen potential in my child, I would sacrifice to make my childs dream come true! I believe thats whats wrong with our parents today. We think its all about us and its not. You live your life for your child and your child will do the same for his or her child!~

Education has nothing to do with it! Nothing comes to a sleeper but a dream. but she does use her gifts to glorify God in a lot of her songs...she also gives people inspiration and uplifts them through her songs...she has for me...so she "is" using her gifts the way that she should...a formal education if not put into use can go away...the reason why beyonce is so successful is because she works real hard, and she is guided in her life by her intuition...thats something that supersedes any form of book-related education in my opinon.
