Okay there is much talk about who's a real fan and who is not. According to me you are a fan if you like their music and what they do and if they did something that came up on news you wouldn't care because you love their music and not what they are doing when they don't make music but it is important to buy their dvds and cds and the money goes to make new cd's and dvd's without us buying their cd's they won't have enough money to make new cd's and dvd's. Just my opinion

But as a artist in the music industry, in any industry for that matter, money & funds are needed to sustain the business or project at hand. In TH's case, the funding and money comes from fans who supports the band by buying a legitimate copy of their CD/DVDs. CD/ DVD sales also signify demand & interest. Without good sales, the label/management will drop TH. Thus, fans should buy the CD/DVDS, it's important

You telling ppl no to upload the dvd is the same as telling ppl not to upload mp3's and stuff. No youtube video can substitute the comfort to watch the show on your home theater with a giant screen. If ppl really wants to watch this show, they're going to buy the dvd, no doubt on it =)

It's important that they sell well, in order to keep the name of tokio hotel succesful and to make them travel all over the world with their music. If the sellings are bad, agencies don't pay them to visit their country any more, is it clear? :D

I would never buy a CD from this band "Tokio Hotel, wtf??" if I didn't know what they're about. You know what I mean? Sharing is just a way to get the music known by thousands and thousands of ppl, and if they get to really like it, they will buy the CD or even the DVD

i agree that sharing means making them more famous, but it also means that you listen freely to music and you don't pay what you have to for it.
