i have a n97 and the n8 seems to be as sluggish as the older symbian phones. Symbian just sucks at this, please stop making operating systems. The first iPhone was more responsive than this crap

the official date was september 27 for europe

for malaysia most likely within the next month or two

eventually it will arrive, just be patient ,..
