@Thudothwacker Our software is setup to allow processing images from any synchronized stereo pairs of cameras. As long as the images are high enough quality then they can be imported and used exactly like data from our cameras. However you get a much cleaner experience using our recommended/supplied cameras as they integrate directly into the software.
you may have to allow users to create "hints" much like how you can with shape tweening in flash. This would be used to correct the placement of the markers in frames where the system has a harder time estimating the displacement, such as around the upper eyelid (note the asymmetry there).
