This game was horrible. It looked like a cheap ripoff of Assassin's Creed. Seriously, the combat was almost identical to it. And the fact that you have a very small number of enemies to fight, what was the point? Also considering you undo everything you worked for at the end just to start it all over again, it makes the game virtually pointless. But worst of all is...well the ability not to die...Any game that takes away that must suck...

And FYI THIS PoP looked like a rip-off of AC. The combat system was nearly identical. The Sands of Time trilogy had a faster-paced and more fun combat system.

I would say they went in the right direction with this reboot. Forgotten sands was an absolute failure because it was rushed to be released with the film. I would say, use the art style of the reboot with the combat system of WW and T2T and movement of SoT. Please, bring this masterpiece back to life because it's a shame greed took over with the release of the film

To me, this was one of the best in the series, second only to Sands of Time. It's unfortunate that Ubi's take for this PoP did not go over better with fans, causing Ubisoft to reboot the franchise yet again with the most recent PoP which ties in, visually at least, to the abortion that was the live action film. This PoP had a deeper, more emotionally engaging story and characters, and the stylized art was gorgeous. Sadly, as I said, it just didn't make the dollars they were hoping for and now?

Its kindof like the chain of memories for prince of persia. It can be called a spin off but story wise its very vital. It didn't sell well though so there might not be a prince of persia 2. As much as I want one T.T

It's a shame that the sequel to the epilogue is in the cheap and crappy DS as it has completely ruined the story by changing the platform. I hope in the future Ubisoft continues the story in a bigger and better console (e.g. PS3, Xbox, etc) so that we atleast get to enjoy the ending of the unfinished magnificent story which started in 2008 with this great Prince of Persia game.

@KGBiH The DLC doesnt finish the story. It just expands it even further. It still ends with a cliff hanger. Plus there is a sequel for the ds that also ends with a cliff hanger. I really hope they make a second pop though. In my opinion this one had the best story and parkour of all of them.

what he means is that even if you TRY, the game wont kill you... ever... basically all the holes you can fall in have trampolines in them... and all the enemies are using cardboard... so there is NO challenge.. because you CANT lose.

The first thirty minutes are the worst, and then it is all downhill from there. The only good points are the occasionally amusing dialogue between the characters and the interesting, if not original, ending.

The whole production team should be fired, because this game gave the series AIDS and cancer, as well as violating the franchises awesomeness.

I hate this game so unbelievably much. I literally think that this is the worst game ever made. The black outlines make the graphics really shit, the combat and controls are over-simplified and really suck and the storyline is lame.

It has a fifteen hour campaign, during which you fight about fifty people, seriously, and thirteen of those hours are spent running around collecting blue orbs.

I played this game, and watching the prince walk away with Elika and being chased by Ahriman, that ending was incomplete if you ask me. And the downloadable content's ending also left me in the dark. I want to know, is there ever going to be a game or something with the prince AND Elika? That story is just so, incomplete.......
