@Johnnysgirl792 Yeah I love these old dance styles. The last place I saw it modern was So You Think You Can Dance. But where do they get work? I never see this stuff on the big screen. It's a lost art. They should bring it back, if people go to theaters for it and watch old movies, some still like it. Yeah it's not realistic. People don't break out in song and dance in the street. But they do it in cartoons too and people like it. Everything doesn't have to be real. That's entertainment.

This is so great--I read on a website that Debbie Reynolds' feet had so many broken blood vessels one time after this number that she had to be carried off the set.

Whether that's true or not, these actors lived in the time where they actually WORKED for what they earned--not like today where all you have to do is be born with a silver spoon in your mouth and have a pretty face.
