I understand what Brown is calling for. What I am cautious about is that if history has taught us anything it is to beware of those who would call for more centralization of power. I am not saying Brown is wrong outright. But let us be cautious and think deeply about such things. We may be able to build very wonderful and helpful global authorities. But also if the wrong sort of people were to get hold of the centralization of power. The possibility for calamity is multiplied proportionately.

...and that is because the people of the world are changing and as they are getting more and more aware of these situations the politicians and their bosses are getting under more pressure to do something about it.

It's true that these politicians talk a lot of BS and I think it is because they are puppets of the money thirsty monsters who already own a high percentage of the world's wealth and yet they are not contained, but the interesting part is that even these dirty people are starting to talk about good things....
