how about 'a work through all of the sniper rifles' challenge. like start off with draganov and have to get say 30 kills in a match with it before you can move onto the WA2000 etc. but you can't use any killstreaks that build up your kills, ie chopper, dogs, sentry etc-can only use spy plane, counter spy and SR.

and maybe only play nuketown-so you have to quickscope-lol ;D
