No not everyone does, but I was using it to make the point cigarettes are used to nullify someone's conscience, and in all cases there is anger to be controlled. Get rid of the conscience so you don't need to feel inferior in the face of your conscience.
This is why I think they should be banned. Smokers are the kind of people who reach for something to do this for them rather than face guilt-the worst being the druggie. They are druggies.
