  • Oh yeah!

  • Man, I wish that I get a body like yours:(

  • i could watch this for hours

  • Heaven >.<

  • I am not hating, but the body ups he does at 1:42 is actually the video rewinded. (You can tell by the jogger in the left top corner)

I'm not taking anything away from you, you have a body i can only dream of =)

  • @TheNineofSpade hands up, yes, wev'e been rumbled - it was a little video trick as a bit of fun to make the video more entertaining. But as you say, it doesn't take anything away from the skills of this amazing athlete.

  • offt i would <3

  • No la agites cabron!

  • How much to have beer delivered at my house by such a fine piece of male? :P

More seriously I love the fact his muscles are not only built and maintained by dumbell at gym and nothing else: impressive array of sports he practices; that makes his muscle useful and not only to look good

  • ooooooh he is beautiful beautiful beautiful

  • best played muted to respect Mr Alvarez's efforts

  • amazin and so fine ...

  • He's hot.

  • Dang! He already drank the beer!!!!!

  • thats a great work out and a great guy

  • Combines two of my favorite things, muscles and beer.

  • Strong, handsome and HOT!

  • okay this is different way to work out... asome...

  • Jesus Alvarez = Perfect athlete

  • dude looks great. Nate Morton looked better, playing with a beer barrel.

  • No doubt this guy is great to look at and is quite fit, but this is really no big strength feat. An empty beer keg weighs between 29-30 lbs. (13.5 kg)

Now if someone that small could do this with a full keg of beer, which is approximately 165 lbs (75 kg), that would be a true feat of strength!!

    Cheers,

    Keith

  • @musclequest are you sure it's empty?

  • @tallnsexy63

It would have to be. He is way too small to throw 165 lbs around like that. I'm good friends with a few really strong guys that participate in the Highland Games. They have seen this clip and agree that it would have to be empty for someone that small to be tossing it with that ease and that many times.

    Cheers, Keith

  • @musclequest yes, it's empty - he's super fit, but not SuperMan! Still pretty heavy, though - I had trouble lifting it just once. This was a really tough workout, as I made him do everything five times to get the different shots. So big respect to Mr Alvarez.

  • @STORYOFSHIRTLESS

OK, I waited to answer this so I could try this myself today. It's awkward, but pretty easy to handle at only 30 lbs. I'm 5'6" & 169 musc lbs. The subject did it with much more finesse than I, but it was easy to p/u and throw like he did.

    Cheers,

    Keith

  • i like this workout.

  • He needs some round rods to bend

  • Best-looking serratus anteriors I've ever seen. I nominate him for cloning :-) ... Him and Ryan John-Baptiste...the world would be a prettier place fo sho

  • nice strength buddy
