I think that size zero models should only be allowed on haute couture*professional* catwalks because its more of a mannequin look and they should not be use as often on *regular* photo-shoots or shows because it seems to me that there is a lot of people who do not understand the art of it.

I work out and lift weights but it´s hard for me to gain weight. When I weight myself at my grandma´s place I weight 2 pounds less than 1 week ago and I have been eating a lot and often. This anorexia-craze is just insane. These girls look perfect. It's not like you can see their bones or anything. And the guy looked ok too. You can see that he had very prominent muscles, and this is a sure sign of being healthy. When you're starving, the body will proceed to eat up your muscles to make up for the lack of energy. I use wear kids clothing i was so small but being that small catch up with you. When i got a normal cold i had to go to the hospital because i was that small. Take from people that knows it's very dangerous being that small.

I work out and lift weights but it´s hard for me to gain weight. When I weight myself at my grandma´s place I weight 2 pounds less than 1 week ago and I have been eating a lot and often. It´s so weird. I feel skinnier if I eat more and even if I eat like Pizza but I like healthy food more. I have eaten a lot of food and carbs as a kid and never been fat. Btw I´m not a model but a Taiwanese girl told me that I could be a model in her country because I´m tall haha.

This anorexia-craze is just insane. These girls look perfect. It's not like you can see their bones or anything. And the guy looked ok too. You can see that he had very prominent muscles, and this is a sure sign of being healthy. When you're starving, the body will proceed to eat up your muscles to make up for the lack of energy. Just because most people are fatter than models doesn't mean that we're meant to be. Models are supposed to represent the ideal.

So if you don't look like a athlete you don't have enough muscles? Have you ever seen a victim of starvation from Africa, or a anorexic (a real one). This guy is in no way buffed, but he have the same muscle shapes as a well built man, only in a minimized form. It's not about size. I think most non-athletes would look similar to him if you flushed out most of their fat, and my whole point is that as long as you don't eat up your muscles from the inside, you're fine.

My brother said that he thought I was anorexic when I went in the eight grade or the summer before I was going to start the eight grade. I didn´t eat much and was skateboarding a lot. I was tall and really skinny. Like almost no bodyfat.

It's common for teenagers to be skinny, especially if you're tall. I was slightly overweight in my early teens, and I had my last growth spurt when at 16-17, where I grew 8 cm (3 inches) in less than a year. During that time I went from being slightly overweight to slightly skinny, because my excessive fat got stretched out over my extra centimeters.

Although I do like the look of some small women as well as some curvy women, I don't see anything appealing about the size zero male models...for the guys, i just keep thinking about how oversized their head looks compared to their body and how frail they look.
I probably feel this way because I'm a physical person and I prefer having a solid build rather than a slim build.
In comparission, my girlfriends usually tend to have a slim or curvy build.
