Sadie draws upon an innate understanding of movement instilled from 14 years of training in gymnastics and swimming as an adolescent. She began practicing Belly Dance in her late teens. As a student, Sadie studied with many reputable Middle Eastern dance and music teachers from around the world. I've watched tones of belly dancers and I personally think Sadie is one of the best.

She keeps it very authentic and bypasses a lot of glitz. Sadie also takes some of the boredom out of viewing her that many dancers can bring to the table in this style of dance.

i agree with fatdanios. Sonia is a trained dancer and has performed all over the world.  Check out her more recent dance videos. She is never vulger, always fluid. Neither Sadie nor Sonia are perfect, and each have their own strengths.
