I'm not sure how a nation can liberate another by force, and not cause civilian casualities. Don't really have to worry about America being invaded, not in our lifetimes anyway. The NVA and the VC were ready to surrender, it's just that we couldn't hold out for two days. Only about 90,000 civilians have died in the Iraq war, are you refering to the lancet report? It only calculates all excess deaths, whether it is violent or natural. It also isn't a real estimation of the deaths in Iraq. Be it as it may, i'll give you the benefit of the doubt ;)
