If you mean the drake type look alikes, when you complete quests ect you can get say 5 or so of these tablets which when consumed change your appearance for a certain period of time.

I've been playing Chinese Aion for a while now.Have a lvl 45 Chanter and have several 45 level friends.I've yet to see them 1 or 2 shot anything but Elyos (PvP) and it was from Godstone proc and the Elyos being undergeared or lower level as well. And even if you could one shot a mob, that wouldn't classify someone as being good, it would mean they are geared out to the teeth or something. There's no skill involved in getting a one shot on someone, you just got the lucky proc or the jump on them.
The Gameplay even on a server half way round the world is top notch, graphics are amazing yet you dont need an amazing computer to play it lag free....

Which imo is not a bad thing. Leveling is hard but very fun and a lot more time consuming than the current WoW. I have been playing this game pretty solid for a few months now and will definately be playing the EU Release.
Hey man, can you explain the transformation system to me? I saw some pictures of dragon transformations on aion's website, but I don't completely understand how they work. Can you fly as a dragon or is it just an aesthetic extra?

looks good but when a company hides gameplay thats not a good sign, and there past games are garbage. I want to try this but it looks like the only thing that's going to be able to compete with WoW is SWTOR

Yeah, it's hard because in this game, u actually have to think to defeat a monster, to counter it's spells / abilities, mobs have a good AI in this one, and you can't kill them praying auto attack is enough to get rid of them, it actually takes all your skills to kill one monster, without loosing too much life.
You can't two shot a monster like in some Easymode mmo.

Besides, everyone knows NCsoft can make pretty eye-candy but the games are always hollow. No content and easily boring after a few levels. The graphics videos tell nothing but the same ol story with NCsoft.
For all those comparing this game to WoW, I've been an avid WoW player for the past 3 years. After ONE day of the beta, I realized that WoW can't even hold a candle to Aion. WoW on the highest graphics settings gets owned by Aion on its *lowest* graphic settings. The customizability and gameplay is vastly superior, and if there's anything the game lacks currently, it's only because it's still in beta stage. This game is worth every penny.

To say AION is awesome is an understatement . Grab your keys , bike , shoes , or mom .. Run to your local gaming store to pre-order . The game play is sinuous , the imagery on a low-end computer makes wow look like pong .. the intuitiveness behind it is remarkable . Take the best aspects of any current MMO combine them add a chaser and that is AION . (with no hang-over) . AION brings to the table , what we've all been waiting for A LONG TIME . best 5$ reserve Ive ever made .
Blizz may make better trailers, but all the trailers I've seen that Blizz make doesn't have actual game content like this trailer does. If you wanna watch a CG trailer, think Aion put one of those out too. But this one is NOT it...
