  • I just ate some in a soup, they're really nice! I steamed mine for about 15 minutes then put them in the soup, no sting left in them after they're properly cooked.

  • And the little McDee boys snickering - you don't know it now, but when that stuff you're eating catches up with you, you'll wish you had taken holism more seriously (everyone pays the piper, some sooner than others, but EVERYONE PAYS). So get smart, be wise and take that good stuff seriously, because fast food will rob you of your health..."an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure."

  • That's AWESOME - it's amazing how much we take our natural gifts for granted. Wish we were taught this stuff in school, but as we can see, most people waste their health on nutrient deficient fake-food...like McDonalds and other disease producing processed crap. Then people run to their useless doctors for drugs and butchery to deal with their lack of knowledge. Shame on the medical and educational systems for promoting illness instead of educating people about health.

    Thank you for sharing [08!
