all your doin is installing a webpage (offline form) and telling the psp its a website. so you type in the adress (directory) of the folder (offline website) and the psp act as if its a website! its not a hack. and you'll only be able to use it when you open your internet up! its the same a PSP VISTA / PSP WINDOWS XP
