@thundarascats You have to use the converter that came with it and you have to convert straight onto the mp3 player. If you drag the videos onto the player, it will not work!

Thanks for replying. But it doesn't work. When I plug it into the computer, it isn't recognized. Just an icon with a big red question mark on it. Spent two hours on it, and took it back for a refund. I'm not exactly stupid (I've built all my computers from scratch), so it was frustrating. Sylvania's instruction manual should at least include how to mount the device on your PC and transfer files. Big thumbs down from me for this device!

I have one of these with 8GB and its a pain in the ass to use. The screen is not very responsive so you have to push on it again and again. Not very loud either. I would just save your pennies and get something else. I only paid $12 for mine so no big deal.
