what he did was twist the left side of his psp upward and the right side downwards so it flexes and the umd door is rigid and stiff enough to not flex with the entire body and the umd will come out as a result of that.

its a custom firmware, we just abbreviate it to sound like like were smarter than everyone else :) lol. okay, well a custom firmware = software for the psp theres the playstation version, then theres custom ones that hackers have made to pretty much play bootleg back-up games.
