News Corporation isn't a financial company and isn't subject to this law (nor is TYT).

The Frank-Dodd law (see wikipedia: Frank_Wall_Street_Reform_and_Consumer_Protection_Act) does have provisions for the forced shutdown of financial and insurance companies with more than $5M in assets. News Corporation isn't a financial company and isn't subject to this law (nor is TYT).
Nevertheless, it's a scary expansion of power and worthy of alarm. What will the fed's have power over next? News media? If they report "wrong," are they a threat to the economy?
