  • is it hkc or akc style?

  • @BJ1047 - It is based mainly upon the RKC material I learned from 2002 to 2004, when most of it was filmed.

  • I have this DVD too and I really like these workouts and the instructional descriptions of the exercises. Tom's a good teacher and I recommend anyone who wants to try KBs to use this DVD. Tom emphasizes safety even while teaching really challenging exercises.

  • This DVD is GREAT for someone who wants to get started in KB's, but does not have access to a trainer who is skilled in them. If you are a beginner, or want to perfect your form, this DVD is for you!

    You cannot beat the price!!!

  • I have this DVD. Tom is a great presenter and I recommend this dvd to anyone. You MUST add kettlebells to your training regimen and Tom's dvd will get you going in the correct direction.

  • i have this dvd as well and i highly recommend it. tom does a great job teaching the proper technique in the kb exercises he demonstrates. in addition i use this video in my pe classes. the kids love it.

  • I have this DVD and it is great for anyone just starting out with Kettlebells. A good value.
