I have this DVD too and I really like these workouts and the instructional descriptions of the exercises. Tom's a good teacher and I recommend anyone who wants to try KBs to use this DVD. Tom emphasizes safety even while teaching really challenging exercises.
This DVD is GREAT for someone who wants to get started in KB's, but does not have access to a trainer who is skilled in them. If you are a beginner, or want to perfect your form, this DVD is for you!

i have this dvd as well and i highly recommend it. tom does a great job teaching the proper technique in the kb exercises he demonstrates. in addition i use this video in my pe classes. the kids love it.

@BJ1047 - It is based mainly upon the RKC material I learned from 2002 to 2004, when most of it was filmed.
