I can only speak for my first hand experience.

1. It does make you a better person; in my case, I'm more emotion towards things that matter. Before Ritalin I got emotional towards insignificant things, such as doing easy tasks.

2. I'm more friendly actually. I care less about what people say to me in a negative manner, hence, I'm not afraid to talk to them despite the next comment coming out of their mouth maybe an insult.

3. I take Ambien to fall asleep, way before I started Ritalin.

You will damage your brain and then your decision making to the point you will crave the drug. My son took Ritalin for 10 years and once we realized he was addicted we sent him to a great rehab. He died 7 days later. What you probably don't know is most rehabs can only claim a 20% recovery rate for one year. If you take the drug, when do think you will get off of Ritalin.

Go to the NIDA National Institute of Drug Abuse and learn how new technology brain imaging is showing how these drugs damage the brain to the point you cannot say know. I just started taking Ritalin for adult Adhd (add) I am 25 and I can never seem to sit still (unless playing videogames or in top of some exercise machine, or something really fast in general)

The side effects are pretty fucked up if you ask me, yet so far I am much more laid back yet focused at the same time.

Allow me to reply on that: Most people tthat take ritalin as prescribed ( abusers I could not care less) need to take it every day, as ritalin like other stimulants like coffee only work at short spans and have no direct long time effects.

I mean if you just need to keep focused a couple of days in the week, then you could use it only then, yet I assume you like most others have the need to pay attention at stuff for the whole day =P

But I've already had some pills of Ritalin, it feels good, and the addictive factor is not so high, I skipped some some days with no problem, but I am still doing pot, everyday for say.. Now I'm just getting a vaporizer, at least I won't be putting so many dirty in my lungs. Coffee and Green tea are always by my site (I'm a programmer), and Ritalin also will be called when I need focus/attention bust.

I just bought a vaporizer, but here in Brazil it is very hard to find, I bought a simple one, but works well, but I missed some of the intense effect of when I smoke it, the biggest problem is that in the vap I need bigger amount of hemp and here is hard to find marijuana, it is illegal so must learn how to grow it!

ritalin is methylphenidate. dexamphetamine is the D-isomer of amphetamine, which makes it more potent. there is also dexmethylphenidate which is the D-isomer of methylphenidate under the brand name focalin. but methylphenidate and amphetamine are two different chemicals

The different is, that dex is an amphetamin, that you can extract from epehdrin. Methylphenidat is a bit different, but dex works longer than MPH. MPH works for 4 hours. Well, I get MPH for 2 months now.

Ritalin does not come in a gelpack, it is a small tablet that says CIBA AB (10mg) or CIBA PN (20mg) on one side and is scored.

Ritalin is not great at all. It turns most kids into zombies unless they take 30mg+ at a time.

like 40 mg is gel some times, ritail doesnt always look the same theres a 5 and a 10 mg that just have a m on one side and a 5 or 10 on the other, and concerta is a slow release ritilin, ritilan doesnt effect you if you have ADD or ADHD, and your body can become amune to the fun side effetcs, the only good ADD drug is aderal

Ritalin is infact a drug... a very powerfull prescription drug that is simular in effects to drugs like cocaine. and yes I have done them both.
