it's a punish, not reaction. there no fucking way someway could do crap like that and have it process in your head within 4 frames. frame data just helps you know what you can and can not do. if i lets say ken's ultra, i KNOW i can ultra right back or do some kind of punish because i know hes super super negative on his recovery frames before he can block or do something again, not because the ultra finishes then i realize its done and then react to it,i know as im blocking its unsafe

They also didn't give her a the proper arc on her lp super. So she can't neutral jump right in front of someone and connect her super. Without the threat of this, srk mashers can have an easier time against her.

So this is Iyo. Good Ibuki, but I don't understand why he switched characters. His Dhalsim was a beast and in Super Dhalsim is even better.

YogaFlame24, who do you think is the best Dhalsim. Iyo or Mochi? Or someone else?

@ToshiroMifuneSamurai Back in the cvs2 days, before he stopped playing vanilla sf4, his team was C-Sim/Maki/Rolento(r2). Perhaps the Ibuki right now reminds him a lot of when he played C-Maki in cvs2.

Especially since he uses U1 in all but like a few matchups. His C-Maki in cvs2 had tons of 720 setups (even though Ibuki doesn't have any guaranteed setups because of her Ultra being a 2 frame ultra thus jumpable after the flash).
