  • Not bad, but by the looks of your body, you are in the 198 or 220 class. I totaled 1460 @ 181 raw (530,355,575), no high squat, not bouncing bench and no hitched deadlift. Still, credit to ya... anyone who can squat 500 raw gets my respect. Keep it up.
