It particularly doesn't appear to be in America, the epicenter of letting kids get away with murder and hobbling every authority figure remaining in existence. So, providing the video isn't fake in the first place, or excusable in some other obscure way (like the kid is the teachers' own son, for example) chances are, his actions fell upon an approving society.

This sounds like it's in mexico, and this class clown didn't dis the teacher back.
