Yeah the room does exist. The thing is that in Claire's Scenario when you're controlling Sherry, there are Zombies and it is a different room. WIth Leon, there are no Zombies and you need to light lanterns down there.

There is no RE2 secret doors, but perhaps if we look after leaving the train there is a flare gun that is activated using the lighter. You get a key to open a cupboard in the laboratory for a semi-secret weapon if I'm not mistake.

lol DGneoseeker what you mean is on the other room. there are two lifts where leon got shot from this woman named birkin or so. with leon you will first come to this room on the video. when you play claire you will visit the other room (that's the other lift lol). when you play claire you have to go through the room you described WITH sherry. but i don't remember any quest items... well just search ^^

PS: that's NOT a secret room man... the pixel graphic even tells ya that it's moveable -.-

@DGneoseeker1 Then you are not playing the PC version. And yes, it was Normal difficulty, but you unlock the hard one when you finish the normal. The PC version has got an "arrange mode" instead of the original that is much easier.

@DGneoseeker1 the other warehouse with the zombie is on Claire's side, and there is no need to light the lamps. This warehouse is really some kind of secret, since it contains only bonus ammo for the magnum and the shotgun. However I don't remember if it's marked on the map or don't.

@dollors1 well they did remake resident evil 1,2, and 3 for game cube but 2 and 3 didnt have as good graphics as resident vil 1 GC edition but they might have slighlty bumped up the graphics
