to activate the cheat you double click it, and double click again to deactivate it. some cheats require you to restart the emulation to deactivate it fully.

since i did not even get what this guys was doing and i have cheated before on leafgreen with no$gba, to cheat with an action replay (which i find is the easiest way) you have to go to utility, cheats, new cheat or enter cheat, copy and paste the code, click AR v 3, write a description czuse you wont be able to tell whch code is which, and hit okay.

For the guys who can't do this. Enter it as a action replay, then double click it so the box is ticked. Then in-game press L+R (Default Alt+Alt Right) if that dosn't work press select and start.

You have to hold down what ever buttins you set for L and R down and the default (automatic) settings is the TWO alt buttons

you enter the code, double click the sqaue box next to its name, close the cheat menu, load the game then hold them down. You muct double click the sqaure box next to the name, this makes the game recognise it, then you have to "activate it"
