  • It is very easy to lose weight NATURALLY without diet, pills or gimmicks!

Avoid all artificial sweeteners, flavor enhancers and (partially) hydrogenated oils/fats (trans fats) as they are the main causes of obesity.

Stop using microwaves as they destroy up to 90% of your food.

Read the book 'Fit for Life' by Harvey Diamond. This book will transform your life, in fact you'll never have to get on a diet again for the rest of your life!

  • you rock... for real

  • Congratulations Keep up the good work.

  • cool i guess y did u message me

  • great work!!!

  • I don't track my heart rate. perhaps i should, lol.

    great video, though! <3

  • good stuff!

  • kick your ass zone, do all you can when you train, lazy bones, less talky more doin

  • You are over thinking it. I train myself and people for results. You are making excuses to eat more, you need to lift dayile, full body and stick with meats and protein powder. water all day. You dont get that saving money is the wrong choice fitness first bro!!!! just do it!!

  • My weight and heart rate don't change whether I've been working out with my routine exercises, or being a bum, sitting on the couch watching Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon for the 12th time.

    I'm a freak. Don't look at me!

Seriously, I have a freak matabalism.

  • Well Gary it all depends on whether I'm leaning out or maintaining. My cardio tends to change depending on what I'm going for each season. If its leaning out (ex: running or rowing) I try and keep my heart rate between 140-155 for 45mins to an hour. If I'm maintaining I do a lot of burst training, also known as intervals. I'll sprint for 30-60 secs than jog for 2 mins cycling them out. That helps with speeding up your metabolism.

  • Hey Gary! My heart rate when working out is usually in the 140s range, not necessarily by design, that is just how high it gets after about 40 minutes and stays that way for the rest my time, (hour and a half). Is that good or bad? Aerobic or fat burning?

  • There is a debate that 70% of your Maximum Heart Rate is your Fat Burning zone and you should exercise in it for maximum efficiency.

  • Have not trained since I was young, but when I got into the best shape of my life,I combined weights (burns more calories over 24hrs) and HIT training in the morning and about 1 -2hr low intensity jogging on a jogger.Remember you can supplement protein shakes for some of your meals if you cant get six in.

  • Great Job! I can't eat anymore than 3 meals a day either.

  • I've lost 124 lbs so far, go us, lol

  • 101 pounds!!!! holy crazy awesome!!!! you are incredible:)!

  • You Rock Man! Huge accomplishments so far and you will absolutely make it with that mind set!

I track my heart rate and attempt to do more interval workouts so my heart rate varies during each exercise which is a great way to maximize your cardio session.

  • i dont keep track of my heart rate.....maybe i should start

  • 101 pounds thats really great! way to go

  • wow amazing!!!

  • I've never actually tracked my heart rate before... and never really though to do it. But that is definetly something I plan on looking into! Grats on 101 lbs. ^_^

  • I do Pilates and dancing, so I don't really bother with that I guess. Such a great success story you have!

  • wow!!! 101lbs GEEEEZZ that's amazing!!! I'm trying to lose a total of 54lbs - so far I lost 13lbs in total - but great job!

  • I track my HR on the machines. I need to invest in a HR monitor.. I try and keep mine in the aerobic/cardio zone. Since I am quite overweight I figure I can build endurance by doing more cardiovascular exercise since that is half the issue of ebing overweight... not having the endurance to exercise for long periods. Plus I am a bit asthmatic so by improving my cardio I can help improve those symptoms.... I always follow my workouts with some form of protein to repair muscle :) congrats on 101!

  • Whoa 101 pounds! Congrats BM

  • I mean MH

  • 101 is terrific news! Congrats!!

  • gooo you!!!!!

  • look for Paul chek, he is changing allot of stuff in my life.

I keep my heart rate on fatburning zone, by 15 min hiit cardio with short 1min intervals. 1min rest.

and immediately after, Go workout the bodypart of the day. this way ill get more pump and burn more.

immediately after, I go have a meal with extra carb. So my muscles absorb it. Ive grown in a matter of weeks, a bit.. but each day hiit gets hotter and I burn more. i guess its muscle in fat out with Metabolic typing.SLeep is important
