These are "excellent" players? The same sort of excellent players I could guess say all the "SFIV is the worst of the series, 3rd strike is the best alpha this alpha that" type of statements? haha, I hope not...I really really hope not.

*obviously I'm not making an observation about these 2 players in particular but instead about general "good" players of past Street Fighter games who hate on SFIV and SSFIV...if this is what they consider skillful at the older games*

@sinshenlong Art-wise, animation-wise, I think Alpha looks better. Even the pacing of the matches and the movement of the characters seems more fluid and dynamic in Alpha. SFIV is like watching ugly character models, drenched in bad lighting, wade through molasses. It's just painful to watch.

No, Capcom likes her. it's just that people don't like her. Notice how everyone complains about Rose's normals, backdashes, throw range, but rarely every complain about Chun's? It's the effect of losing to a powerless Italian fortune teller ahaha.
