This is a very controversial subject Angela, and I'm suprised at the low number of comments you have. Some screw, or cheat the system, and those should have to do some/any form of work to get welfare. That way there should be surplus to help those that truely need it. Legitamite recipients are painted with the same ugly brush as those that are cheating the system. Being on welfare seems to be a stigma, and unfair to those really needy.

No extra money, just normal welfare. Have to work anyway, most would look for better pay. Those that need welfare,should recieve it. Work if possible.

Obviously you've never experienced CPS first-hand, unlike me. Also, if what you were claiming was even close to true, why is it so hard to get people to become social workers? I mean with all that money... It's not a business at all, stop spreading ignorance.
You want to improve the system, get better, more qualified people to be foster parents, and offer people more incentives to be foster parents. That's the problem, not that CPS takes children away in the first place, they don't just remove children arbitrarily. Maybe if you did some research you'd realize that $2000 bonus is not for removing a child from a home. It is given when children are adopted AFTER 15 months in the system. This is 15 months of the negligent parents failing to get their shit together to get back their kid.
Also, people rarely fully ADOPT foster children (which gets them out of the foster system and into a stable home), that's why an incentive is offered. You people want to stop a system that is working with the purest intentions just b/c it has a few flaws. Maybe you should try fixing the flaws. Or better yet, be better parents instead being idiots on youtube.
Furthermore, I suggest you also look up the terms "business" and "adoption" as well as how to properly punctuate. Also, watch a video and actually listen to it and determine it's subject before you spread unrelated, half true propaganda below it. Finally, the only REAL problem with CPS is that good foster families and good people willing to adopt an abused child are far and few between. If this wasn't so, more children could be saved from horrible parents and horrible situations.
