ok..let me clear this thing...cheerdance...focus nia ang dance...pero xemfre...di mwwla ang stunts...tosses...etc...sa cheerdance...malimit na mhba ang time...karaniwan mga 5 mins pataas..sa cheerleading nman...di nman focus ang syao...anjan ang gymnastics at xemfre stunts..originally/usually 2:30 lang ang duration...pero dito sa pinas..minsan umaabot ng 5...kawawa nman kung 7-10 mins ang cheerleading...mamamatay ang squad nun..lol..
