get use to working out in the burn zone longer. The reps before you feel the burn are to be considered reps to focus on form...once the burn begins...the real workout starts...you challenge is to learn to work as long as you can in the burn zone...ok?~ahmad

@jmpnonyanek the way to reduce fat is to improve your eating and increase your cardio. The trick is to find out your specific amount needed for both...this is where it becomes fun...you need to look at it that way. Have at least 2 snacks a day of a handful of almonds...and reduce or eliminate ALL starchy carbs...(bread, rice, pastas) replace them with

I want to nix the squishy stuff and get my tummy flat again. My lower abs, butt and thighs are the main culprits. I don't want to lose what little butt I have LOL so I will follow your advice to yagirltwin. My arms for some reason are always well toned from babylifting. Look forward to your feedback :-)

Lets stay in touch...and watch the lesson 3 and 4 clips...they go hand and hand with the cardio clips. If you can do this and stay honest with the plan...you will be fine...~ahmad
