Try doing this. Log out completely or switch users... But before you do that close all the installers/keygen etc. Then log in as the administrator and install from there. Also, you can run the keygen like a normal program. Just double click it.

What I did is I didn't enable the hidden Admin account. What is did is right-click on the keygen and select properties. Go to the compatibility tab and check on "run this program in compatibility mode for:" and choose Windows 2000. Then you can just run the keygen like any other program. That is left double click it.
