@lyudmilnikolov I never eat junk. This was over three years ago and since then I have lost near 30lbs watching my diet more. Check out my newer vids for a leaner Iz.

Very good. Question: do you have to release the ball when slamming, or can you hold onto it as you slam it? Looks like a great exercise.
