  • zachy you should rest 2-3days after strength training this is because you break down the muscle fibers dureing strength training so they can build back stronger!

Three days of rest between each day of exercise only gives you two days of exercise a week, resulting in less strength gains.

  • (But you are right, restitution of minimum 48 hours between each day of exercise is essensial for building muscle fibers and other strengt related body tissues).
