If the buyers purchased wrong item, they will get 100% of their money back via Paypal. Instead of scamming the buyers, Paypal takes a better approach at scamming the sellers. Sellers of Paypal have absolutely no right, no talk, no what -so-ever except for staring blankly at the amount of funds being frozen by Paypal.

you must know that Pay Pal keeps people's money to leverage for bank interest, make an account, how many people are victime of pay pal, which keeps the money for 6 months and Imagine how much they earn, if they put this money in a bank

i rang them up and my restriction was lefted, i told them that i sold a family item and i do not feel safe with my money being held as its a very valuble item, they said can you tell us a few informations about your self, i was like yeh sure, then they said okay we have lifted your restiction.

ha ha ha! yeah right, the easiest and fastest way to resolve the dispute is to take legal action, trust me, don't waste your time, energy and money on calling or contacting PayPal, it's all futile. When you file cases and complaints make sure to request compensation for that wasted time and effort trying to resolve the case

And the "customer service" will give you some bullshit run-around about why they can't tell you why they limited it. They basically told me that they're protecting me from myself! What bullshit! This is stupid, I cant fix my paypal because it says its limited. I can unlimit it because it says i need to link to a card, I can't link to a card because my card is already linked to another paypal. It also wants my drivers license when I don't drive.

Account frozen and a buyer dispute are two different things.... You didn't post this video using the right title...

I can tell you this now... If Paypal freezes your account, you are hosed.... It is growing quickly with people they are freezing their accounts. Once frozen, paypal will give you your money in 6 months.. In my case, Paypal has stolen more than $2,000 of my money and said I can have it in 180 days (6 months)... ITHAT is frozen accounts... Paypal are a bunch of crooks.
