Guys calm the hell down, the Flood house was a scene that the creators didn't want to use in the game that is missed out of place for the game, its behind the scenes in the PSN store. So they don't know if they should make it into a DLC or not.

For everyone asking about the flooded house scenes(which are really cool by the way), these were extensions to Ethan's Blackouts that were cut from the final release. The cause of Madison's insomnia was also cut(war trauma). You can download a video off PSN called "Cutting Room Floor" explaining all of this.
