Windrunner does not have any special type of arrows as she uses "Regular" arrows with abilities. Drow uses "Ice" arrows to slow down targets to "Kite" their target which is shown at 2:33

Also, talisman of evasion is only part of the butterfly in original Dota and does not "go into many items." Second item is the reaver, which can also be bought at the secret shop.

The first item is one thing that I just won't guess. I think that Talisman of evasion and hyperstone are both good guesses as the attribute of speed was hinted by the secret shopkeeper. However, as the hyperstone is accessible in the secret shop and the talisman of evasion isn't, I think the hyperstone is more likely.
