  • I'm in fort pierce and I fish the fort pierce inlet and fort pierce turning basin. My favorite bait is red-hawk tail type jigs. My favorite color is blue tails,on chartreuse/white, dark chartreuse head. 1.5 ounce during outgoing tides and 2hours before outgoing tide. And I fish on private docks in the inlet I use medium size live shrimp before outgoing tide.

  • Looks can be deceiving. If you seen 70lbers lol, world record is only 44lb. Biggest snook I've caught is a 46" ??lb, and she was a beauty n huge!!! Fish on brother!!

  • i caught a 42 incher a year ago but i don't remember it weighing that much lol maybe i was just really excited :)

  • hahahah 35lber huh..???.Nice fish no doubt but, come on man, who you trying to kid. If thats 35lbs, that means Ive seen 70 pounders!

  • nice 15lb my biggest is bout that size i wanted to way him on the bogas but when i was supporting his belly i saw that he was bottoming out the boga gripps already

  • lol a 35 pound snook would have swallowed that snook

  • thts a good snook but lets try around 35in 20lbs

  • another good way of catching snook is using a mirrorlure floater 7m, using it on the outgoing tide in the inlets.

on the beaces use a WHITE bucktail jig in the early morning or late afternoon.

my first snook was caught on a white bucktail on the beach and my first trout was caught on a bucktail.

  • Thats certified Lunker snook right there!

  • what did you use for bait

  • Hey Nice Fish. What's a snook? did you eat it? or catch an release? I went to Cedar Key for the week end but no fishing I took pictures of folks fishin with my canon.
