I think the really scary part is how it's arm(?) appears to resonate in mid-air for a second after it's been pulled back(same with head). It isn't poor video quality trails. Compare it with the boy reacting then running. He has no trails during this simultaneous moment. Those trails might be part of the radiation left behind in Merida. Or perhaps IT just happens to dually move through two physical planes of existence or an alternate dimension.

notice that the clip is edited, one time as the guy moves towards the pole and also a second time just before the "alien" sticks it's head out
...there's no way to instantly zoom on a cell phone...also notice the slight change in light and color between the varies shots.
...had it been a continues film without editing "MAYBE", but this is just a cheap hoax.
