We get our books from multiple suppliers. We also sell books in bulk if you are looking to buy inventory. What you are seeing is the actual store. We do not have a retail establishment. We sell 100% of our books online.
To all book sellers pay close attention to this email message that is sent to our buyers. It is a perfect example of how everyone hopes to be in the 99.5% of people who get their item in 4-14 business days. It also says to contact us if you do not get your item in 4 weeks (the 99.9% case). The post office is very unreliable costing us about $10K in lost inventory every year. When you have a reasonable buyer you can work these situations about easily.
You have not given us a chance to take responsibility.
This is a good lesson to all booksellers - Your buyer have very little patients and act as if they need to be defensive. This is just the way the world works these days. You can only do your best. When you have Amazon Feedback of 97% and eBay Feedback of 99.5% you have to take these types of customers with a grain of salt. You can not make everyone happy - but 97% shows you are still doing a great job!!
Hey there... the software that we use for inventory control is linked to IBS. Send me over some info about your system. I have a rep from the software company coming out on the 19th of Feb... I'd like to show them what you have...
Have you actually ever read a book? it is pricks like you that are turning what once was a profession of skill and quality of service into nothing more than shipping potatoes.
if the world i live in actually wants this i am deeply disillusioned.
I have three college degrees so I may be able to read just a little bit. I guess you have a problem with Amazon as well... as they sell millions of books a year to eager readers. So by my company doing it what id does about 1200 people a week get to read a new books. How exactly are you helping to educate the world? Thank you for your ignorant post!

Wow, where do you get all of these books? Donated? Where is the store located/address? You didn't show inside the store, just the back room?
