  • Sherwood Schwartz was a bad writer for this show, and a more talented one could of made this show much better.

  • Even though I have since grown out of such story lines, I encourage every young kid in America to watch the Brady Bunch.

  • I expected a Closet Killer with Rickroll at the end

  • So Barry's, Greg, turns his head is the closing creits as they reveal the actors names...then his he's facing forward when the entire family pops in...bad editing!

  • @2nicks In that event, they simply re-edited the closing to have Greg actually looking at us after realizing the mistake in the editing.

  • @2000rubs ...and it's very patriotic, too!

  • oh noes closet killer D:

  • 2 people are fans of today's prime time TV.

  • @2000rubs Nothing's scarier/freakier than the CBS Special Presentation intro from 1970-1990...not even the Closet Killer theme.

  • @bucky468 incidentally, CBS now owns Paramount's TV library

  • @LogoAttitude Isn't that supposed to be the other way around (Paramount owns CBS)?

  • @bucky468 no...CBS owns CBS...Viacom owns Paramount (which still owns the film versions of their TV shows, such as The Brady Bunch Movie)

  • WTF (W=Who) is Douglas Kramer?

  • @bucky468 Douglas S. Cramer later became one of Aaron Spelling's co-executive producers on "The Love Boat". He also had his own production company.

  • @mrceleb2006 Let's not forget, Douglas S. Cramer also Produced Dynasty, Vega$, and he also Produced Bridget Loves Bernie and Wonder Woman

  • @tnawcwvictoria Right.

  • @tnawcwvictoria and Spelling's library is also under CBS ownership

  • OOHHHH so thats how it like the Paramount television i wish i could see that in the past so hows it like for around the year.

  • season 1 has the best closing credits music!

  • @fullhousefrek Agreed with this statement, there is no other acceptable answer...

  • I saw this on TBS, and thankfully, they kept the Paramount Split before they took it off of their network and replaced The Brady Bunch w/useless sitcom garbage.

  • 1969 was a bad year with great TV, music and movies.

  • A very Brady closing

  • A couple of years ago, my local Fox station reran the Brady Bunch and it had this logo on 99.9% of the episodes. :)

  • I Didn't Really Like This One Because They Just Look Forward. They Don't Look Around At Each Other.

  • I took this credits on TV Land. But after the credits, it just show the 1995 logo instead of the 1972 logo.

  • What would the music with the Paramount symbol be called? Is it the sign off? Many TV shows have something like that after the credits. Cna anyone answer this question? Thanks.

  • @PhillyPhantom1970 Closet Killer. I thought u knew

  • @tha1calldgeorgiep I never heard that term before. I have since learned it is the brand that identifies the company.

  • this was the only season in which Chris Knight was refered to as "Chris Knight" in the credits... In all the others he's "Chrostopher Knight"

  • It's actually the only episode (the pilot) where Christopher is billed as "Chris". Starting in the next episode - Dear Libby - he is billed as "Christopher".

  • that paramount thing at the end used to scare the crap out of me

  • LMAO

me too, I used to go hide just before it came on CTFU

    Ohhhh shit

  • u arent the only one my friend it still give me the chills if i happen to see it at night

    lol its all good

  • It still scares the crap out of me and has a nickname, "The Paramount Closet Killer" composed by Dominic Frontiere, who also wrote the creepy end theme music to season one of the original Outer Limits.

  • @stingrae1995

    nothing compared to SCREEN GEMS

  • Did you get these from the DVD set?

  • if Greg was my brother, i'd go down on him every night :)

  • SMDH

    nasty ass

  • 9 bobbing heads.. how odd.

  • I don't think i saw that part.But i saw the part in the house,but no drumrolls.Brainy

  • Could someone let me know which BB Episode had a magician appearing in it with a tympani roll in the performances? Thanks,Brainy

  • There's an episode titled "Lights Out" from the second season in which Peter did a magic act for some vaudeville show put on by his school.

  • Even though they used the tamer "Closet Killer" version of the logo, it's still not correct. On the original prints, there was a slightly longer variation of "CK" that played exactly a second after the "BB" closing theme.

  • duh duh duh da da daa TWEET!

  • my mom was born in 1969.

  • this was my mom's favorite show when shes was a kid

  • The ending credits here are from the pilot and was filmed in 1968.

  • Comment removed

  • This episode was actually filmed a year earlier in 1968 (MCMLXVIII) it wasnt picked up and aired until 9/26/1969

  • this was made in 1969 because the roman numeral was MCMLXIX = 1969 ALSO THE PARAMOUNT LOGO WAS A 1969 VERSION

  • I absolutely love this rendition of the show's closing credits! Brings back fond memories of when this show first premiered when I was age 14.
