@pyro1151 I don't actually know. Logan and Liam are my third and fourth Bichons and Logan's the first one I've had that has hitched his legs. He's been poked, prodded, x-rayed, and palpitated and the vets could not find any reason for the hitching (I thought maybe luxating patella, vet said no). He switches from leg to leg, but if he's running he doesn't do it.
@pyro1151 my bichon does that too, and same as the poster, he's been examined thoroughly and seems nothing wrong with him. He seems to only do it when he is walking/trotting, but he runs like a lightning bolt.
i noticed that the bigger bichon had a limp for for a second towards the beginning. Is that common because my bichon puppy has that too?

my bishon does it when he gets really excited or happy...playing with a fav toy, going to a fav place or after baths...

i have a bichon and i have some advice for u.
2 of the main reasons a bichon will go on blitz is not being walked or being played with then suddenly being ignored.
