I loved this episode. Ghost orgasms and Picard walking in on Dr. Bev masturbating, what's not to love? At the end of the episode I was mostly disappointed that Dr. Crusher didn't just take the sex candle with her on to the Enterprise. I don't think she necessarily had to choose between her career and crazy good ghost sex: this is the 24th century and she was a modern-minded woman!
I liked this one actually, very haunting, gothic, emotionally disturbing, passionate and dark. watching this episode, there was a part of me that wanted the ghost character to win. I've seen worse episodes from the other Star Trek spinoffs, and this episode is not one of the worst, at least I don't think so.
Episode is a completely blatant rip off and plagiarism of Anne Rice's "Lasher".
