@elements1985 I had to look up Lyrics Born just to hear what you meant...you must not have worn your hearing aids while listening to this because they don't sound a damn thing alike. Just sayin'.
Mr land lord beg u pls hear this plea i'll b back in 3 weeks wid 3 months in advance on some good harty flex kind sir give me a chance ... I can soooooo relate
Every Saturday I DJ in a smokey little bar In Germany´s Black Forest. We usually stay open till about 5am. Most times around 3am I stick this tune on and it never fails to stop people talking and pricking up their ears. A smile promptly follows. Bloody marvelous!
skateordieeeeee - yes! definetely was, taken from a live concert, Coleman Hawkins/ Lionel Hampton and friends; a truely great performance in its own right. Its amazing how many jazz cuts are taken for hiphop tracks, have definetely heard some Michael Arnopol bass (co Patricia Barber) on some other Roots Manuva track.
I bought this album on the way to Malta in 1999 and it became the soundtrack of that holiday. It was and still is a mind blowing album, far far better than any album they did before and after this masterpiece. I don't understand why this album isn't somewhere in the alltime Top 100 or something cause it's that good.
awsome tune, im pritty new to roots, m herbeliser! just got into ACTQ as well, i love my rock like hendrix etc. but this shit is so chilled. awsome lyrics 2

Love this beat, but man - Roots Manuva is WACK. Lazy rhyming. Bad Lyrics Born impersonation in my opinion.

Wahou quelle musique époustouflante
Le genre de musique qui permet de rêver, la mélodie est sublime et envoutante et la voix de Root Manuva se pose dessus comme du caviar sur un toast
Savoureux :)
