Have you solved your coordinate system problem yet? If you haven't I've noticed one thing that might help, but their might be other issues as well. For one, it looks like it is a tripod shot, even if it is not on a tripod, the motion is that of a tripod/nodal shot. Also during part of the shot their isn't a lot of perspective, especially at the beginning. Believe it or not, lens distortion could be throwing it off as well. If the footage isn't that big, I could look at it for you.
