Do you use the omega oil capsules? Those are really good. My mom used to always keep a bottle of cod liver oil in the refrigerator...it was soooooo nasty, but now I know how good it is for you!

I get the doobie done but the salons never put the rollo in but I remember back in the day when my abulea did it on me with the rollo in the middle that just brought back memories

I do the same and I prefer it to the blow out because the hair has more body and bounce. The blow out takes away the bounce/ volume of the rollers and is more damaging; it looks great for 2/3 days and then it gets oily like naturally super straight hair gets. Problem is us ethnic girls' hair gets dry and damaged from everyday washes and we naturally don't need to as our scalps' normally doesn't produce as much oil. Maybe its just me. Anyways, 3 cheers for the chick that invented to doobie!
