@Madara354 Go for a hybrid Madness/Lightning. That is by far the best DPS for a Sorc sadly. Lightning isn't very good DPS and its 31 point talent is pretty bad. The Madness 31 point talent also isn't that great but its better than the lightning.

Anyways just go up into Lightning up until you get Chain Lightning and Lightning Barrage.

Then you wanna go into the madness tree up until you get Death Field, Madness, Wrath and Deathmark and Force Horrors. Then those last few talents you can use

Just got this yesterday with a great group that was prepared. I helped with the bridges and one of the buttons on the lower girders. We had (2) sages that pulled us up, "rescued" I think its called and that was that. It didn't take too long as I thought there would be alot of falling deaths; and there were a few but it went very smoothly overall.

Just done this on the republic side as a Sage. It bugged out for my guild so I was able to be pulled up by sage who done it before and then had to pull all of my guild up. So be warned republic players i can bug on the grapple bit.

You dont need to be lvl 50, at the least so far is lvl 46, might be lvl 45, but our guild confirmed so far you can be lvl 46.

Listen up, if you people are having a /stuck problem this is not how its ment to work, as of the new patch it will not reset your position. what we did is we had 2 sorcerers both level 50 pull up the people from below onto the middle beam so that they can reach the grappling hook instead of bugging out. It took me about 5 hours in total to figure our how to get this working and over 20+ tries and with people who i didnt even know. So good luck trying to get this done.

We did it with 4 people:

- 2 activate the 2 Switches

- 2 activate those near the magnatics

- all 4 together make /stuck --> jump down on the Bridge and together to magnatic point 3.

- just 1 go to the magnatic point 4 and activate the last button (within 20 seconds after the first buttons have been pressed)

- all others jump from point 3 directly to 5, the one from 4 go back to 3 --> 5 or directly there (our Jug-Tank charged on me up there)

did this with my guild and its awesome. The experience is just fun and a nice change of pace of the hacknslash that I usually go through as a marauder. Yeah its plus 10 to every stat but its permanent. stuff adds up getting all datacrons from all the planets.

My guild mates and I tried to get this. 2 of us were the skinny chars, while the other 2 where fatty's. The 2 fatty's couldn't make the last jump up to that door, whilst the 2 skinny's were able to get up there.

@NotCasuals the 5th last switch did not work for us. What we did is we pressed all 5 switches at the same time and then it worked. Perhaps you don't need all 5 but certainly (in our case) not the 5th separatelly.

Also the switches 1 and 2 are not connected.

I can confirm that you do not have to be level 50 to get the Stat increase. I was level 45 and was able to get the +10 to stats.

To clarify: You don't need to kill yourself to get up on center stands in the museum for Republic as we have signs on the sides. However, our "4th mag stab" accessible from the smallest bridge console is considerably more buggy. I don't always bug through walls, but when I do, I walk around the outside of the spaceship.

@bamsen33 The MGGS is what allows you to grapple. Without it, you can't use those magnetized grappling points. There's actually a datacron on Alderaan that you can use the MGGS to get to, too (there is a way to get that one without the MGGS too though).
