Israeli operatives working for Mossad were caught & arrested for celebrating and filming the attack on the World Trade Center on 9/11 and were reported by the police to have had explosives in their van. The NY Times and Fox News reported that witnesses saw them set up to film prior to the attack, meaning that they knew about it in advance. On a talk show in Israel 3 of the 5 were interviewed with the other 2 in the audience and one of them stated "our purpose was to document the event".

If someone annexed your backyard and started building a home on it without your permission, would you pack up and leave even if your neighbors told you they would take you in and give you a place to live?
At any rate, the point is moot because forcing a racially identifiable group to pick up and leave, even if to a place inhabited by a similar group, no matter the means, is considered ethnic cleansing in the eyes of the law.

You need to realize that part of the reason this tension exists, is not because Arab countries actually care about the Palestinians, it's because Israel is trying to force Palestinians to move to Arab countries, which Arab countries do not want. Nobody wants to take the Palestinians in - ESPECIALLY Israel.
