  • Carry a cell phone & GPS and your doctors phone number

  • yea always have a cellphone with you (no gd signal :S) and if someone falls make sure if they are ok and moving but ask them not to move if it's sevier ask them not to move hmmm a bit to late :S if the guys are ok just laugh at them as hard as you can (they will ride safer next time)
