  • Let’s say Mr. Campbell was routinely injected him with Methamphetamine until he was an addict, as well as other substances known to damage brain function and cognitive ability. Then he is exposed to the most horrible mental and physical abuse imaginable. Does anyone honestly believe that he would still feel and behave like a low entropy loving intellectual?

We are slaves to feelings & compulsions, as well as our physical and mental energy levels. Howard Hughes suffered this horrible reality.

  • @Heathen531 Amphetamine is a prescribed medication to patients that suffer from A.D.H.D. On a molecular level Amphetamine and Methamphetamine are the same substance. Mainstream media and religion induced Cognitive Dissonance are much more common. If you see a hole in the ground do you contemplate cupping your hand over it then speaking to determine which of the two is your asshole? Might I be so bold to recommend you speak from experience or shut the Fuck Up. Have a Great Day,.!.._(o.O)_..!.,

  • @codownni you might start by meditating every day and removing any and all sugar from your diet. Tom avoids sugar in all its forms except barley malt because of the effect he noticed it having on his consciousness. Also preservatives, chemicals, coffee, nicotine, and anything else considered a psychotropic drug.

@Richreeve, you may as well say "you keep getting trapped" and "you say every system must ..." since Tom reads and responds to a lot of these YouTube comments.personally (Hi Tom!) Lynda

  • At times it seems he keeps getting trapped in his own theories with paradox after paradox. He talks about different rules in one system to another but then he says every system must be evolving and lowering entropy. How can we possibly know this as were INSIDE THIS system as he calls it. Maybe other systems want a higher entropy?

Its a nice idea but theres far far too many unexplained parts of the theory, Plus, how can consciousness be finite and external when TIME in this system is an illusion.

  • How exactly does he travel to those alternative realities?

  • @Drawback172 ,

I travel as a consciousness that is part of the larger consciousness sysyem. You travel around in Physical reality as a physical being that is part of the physical universe.

  • @twcjr44

    But how?

  • A lot of what you are saying is clicking with me. I understand rule sets as i have myself a set of rules. I have been studing such things myself, but learning is slow this way. I have found that in this arena that the 80/20 rule is more likea 95/5 rule. I guess the book and website is the next step and see what pops up eh?

  • While a popular idea these days, I wouldn't say that love is the opposite of fear, but instead that confidence is.

  • @StuciFirme "While a popular idea these days, I wouldn't say that love is the opposite of fear, but instead that confidence is." I agree, your statement is the more accurate one. Your assessment of the popularity of love/fear is true too, as I've now read that several times over the last year. There seem to be different shades or mixtures of all feelings. H.P. Lovecraft and Stephen King would never have gained popularity if it weren't for these nuances.

  • You could be a czar for the Obama administration- they love anyone who can sling a bunch of crap and make it sound real with science and non-religion. I found ID10T errors in all of your videos it must be one of your disconnections... :D

  • coooonsciousness

  • Trying to understand all this is creating alot of entropy in my mind. I think its manifesting itself in the form of a headache. Is this a good thing, or should I try to lower my entropy by not thinking so much?

  • at about 2min he says something about evolving is a better choice than death. What decides this? God? ...so you cant evolve after death?but after death dont we just go somewhere else and evolve some more according to him?...what decides that evolution is 'a better choice' than, or should even be compared to death? espesically if the physical realm doesnt matter?

  • why not stand outside of the box for a bit, and consider that what he is saying may be possible.. or not ... but how would you know unless you allow yourself the possibilities ... in TOE ... its all "Right" whatever right contains including wrong whaever that is ... ;-)

  • dont forget everybody...

the sky is yellow until science, politics or religion tells you otherwise

  • dirtyharree

probly doesnt recognize love hate fear imagination or courage because you cant weigh, measure or quantify it or

put it in a calculus equation

science.....your hey day was in the past, when everything was material based....now your far behind trying to figure out the metaphysics of reality

  • Sir, may I beg to ask what empirical evidence you have to support your claims? none. you defend your position by saying that one has to experience it for oneself. That's as much science as the bible or the quran.

  • "Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted". Albert Einstein.

Sorry, but i couldn't resist it.

  • More parallels with Neale Donald Walsch: Change happens, fear is the opposite of love, the system tries everything and sees what works, these are all things I've learned from reading his books! ugotpimp seems to feel the same way I do, it's time for science and spirituality to admit they are saying the exact same thing. They may have taken divergent roads to get there, but they are reaching the same conclusion.

  • Trip lsd. You'll understand everything he's saying.

  • awesome

this guy is talking Einstein stuff that even I can understand.

spirituality & science. a marriage that should of happened eons ago !

  • Comment removed

  • @ugotpimp, that's because you are naive and do not have a scientific approach. If you think you can understand Einstein without mastering calculus, you are probably wrong.

  • In summary, I see no reason to treat consciousness any different from other physical phenomena

That is the fundamental error in your understanding. Cosciousness is not a physical phenomena. If you don't get that, nothing else will make sense.

  • @twcjr44 what is even more interesting is that "phsyical" phenomena cannot be conceived apart from from conciousness, and therefore we never actually get to the "physical".

  • The logic behind all this is in detail in the books.

Storage space is not a problem -- there is plenty -- and the larger system is finite.

What you say is true about an emulated video game but not true about consciousness. You are consciousness, and as such you have access. You are not limited to the VR created by the consciousness of which you are a part.

  • In summary, I see no reason to treat consciousness any different from other physical phenomena, thus I won't give it the exceptional status this theory requires.--The mind *does run* a prediction model, however. It *expects* based on statistics.

"The matrix theory"--the "mind" decoupled from its sensory inputs--an old idea Harun Yahya argues about too, and what those who subscribe to "astral projection" thinks, and what this talk has boiled down to so far. I'll skip to the questions part now.

  • You have missed the idea intirely.

Traveling to the past is no more than accessing a database of history files. A virtual reality character accesses a virtual past populated by virtual beings sans free will that seems as real as those in the virtual present.

  • Then maybe we're talking past each other, because that database needs storage space?

State needs storage; storage is space; space is either finite in one dimension, or infinite.

I've programmed computers, written a basic emulator, and that's where I'm coming from.

The only thing we can do in this system is postulate theories about being simulated, but there's no way to test it. An emulated video game could never know it is emulated; every change is proportional for each change.

  • Travel back in time?

That would require an infinite amount of storage, for one. It's like your computer storing every change of state at the fundamental level (bits). After one second it should already be clear that this is not desirable, and "nature" already demonstrates this through evolution. There's only the present. The future only exists in the present in the form of present predictions from present statistics (experience).

  • "I don't know if it connected, but while watching this I paused it and went to heat some beans. After I switched off my electric cooker the ring I'd used cooled as normal, but then crackled and sparked at one point."

Beans, beans, the musical fruit. The more you eat, the more you toot. I wonder if they toot in the larger reality?

  • Thank you for enlightening us. May the Force be with you.

  • I don't know if it connected, but while watching this I paused it and went to heat some beans. After I switched off my electric cooker the ring I'd used cooled as normal, but then crackled and sparked at one point. I switched off at the plug socket and the ring started heating up and glowing as if I'd just turned it on. I then unplugged the cooker and the ring cooled down again. I suppose there are power surges, but I can't see any rhyme or reason to the whole sequence of events.

  • Tom, thank you I have been to may world and now because of you I know I'm not crazy!!! You see I live in an environment were you say stuff like that you are consider crazy. One more thing do you have a website were folks can go because I want to ask you some stuff on not such a public domain. thanks

  • Fad0881,

Yes, it is possible -- not even that dificult. Generally, not so dramatic as what Neo accomplished. There are limitations.

    Tom

  • Good sir this video is down

  • Is it possible to "bend" the rules in this physical world? Like what Neo did?

I heard Tom says that the scale is 8/10 so it seems possible but it's gonna be hard... right?

  • time travel is when you force intent forward

  • It is not a random process. You go where your intent leads. Your clear focused intent is like an automatic pilot. Remember you are actually navigating though a directory and database within the larger digital consciousness information system. If it is a new reality system you intend to find others who will be helpful or places where you can observe what interests you. Otherwise intend to find out more about where you are so you can generate a more pertinent intent.

    Tom

  • tom, when you visit other PMRs how do you get to an interesting populated place? For example if you popped into this PMR between galaxies you'd spend a lot time exploring empty space.

  • Absolutely. Its like looking at a calculus textbook when you havent even done algebra yet. If this guy is on to something it might just be too far over my head. Who knows, i enjoyed his lecture either way...

  • no worries, all new and powerfull information can be hard to understand and to even "believe" if you want to call it can be difficult if it sounds radical, expected reaction but try to keep an open mind.

  • joke`s on you.
